Rationale
Teachers often find themselves suffering stress due to time, that is there not being enough of it to get through the massive amount of curriculum. The flipped classroom may help teachers feel less stress due to time by using the flipped classroom as they will be able to use class time more effectively (Fulton, 2012). Fulton (2012) also discusses the benefits to flipping the classroom for differentiation. Because students are working on concepts in class, having already viewed the lecture material the night before, the teacher is there to answer questions when the student is practicing the concepts.
